Our single-family Nantucket style cottages feature all the amenities of fine living in a spacious open floor plan. There is plenty of room for your favorite furnishings and collectibles and ample space for entertaining. Classic island design features two story construction, first floor master bedrooms, cedar shake siding and gas fireplaces, full basements, attached garages and outdoor decks. Except for our ‘Sconset model all have bedrooms on the second floor with plenty of space for when the grandchildren or friends visit. Before move-in the décor of each home can be customized according to the owner’s preferred color palette.
