Maintenance:

• Full time maintenance worker - Hourly wage between $22-28/hour. Provides routine maintenance to building, grounds, vehicles, equipment and in accordance with any required regulations or codes. General knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, and painting needed along with materials, tools, and terminology used in grounds keeping and general maintenance and repair of building and mechanical equipment. Proficient oral and written communication skills. Customer service a plus!

• Maintenance Director - salary worker. Compensation based on experience with general building maintenance, grounds keeping, contractor/vendor management, and supervision of personnel. The Director is responsible for the overall management and operation of the Maintenance Department in accordance with current state standards and guidelines to ensure the highest degree of quality is always maintained. Maintains 24hour accountability to perform a variety of building maintenance tasks as required, work with independent contractors, and provide direct supervision over various building maintenance and housekeeping personnel. Orders and maintains inventories of supplies within the limitations of the Department’s appropriations.

Dining Services:

• Waitstaff- Hourly wage between $17-19/hour. Assists with the ordering and delivery of meals in a dining room and for take-out to residences at the campus. Previous food service experience in a restaurant or health care setting preferred. Servsafe certification a plus!
