• Cook- ​​​Starting Wage: $24/hour Schedule: Day shift: 7:00am – 2:30pm, Evening shift: 3:00pm or 4:00pm – 9:00pm. This role supports our residents by preparing fresh, appealing meals in a friendly, home‑style environment. Position Highlights:

  • Prepare and serve meals according to menus and dietary needs

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen

  • Work collaboratively with the Chef and dining team

  • Provide excellent service to residents in a respectful, community‑focused setting

• Waitstaff- Hourly wage $21.50/hour. Per diem. Assists with the ordering and delivery of meals in a dining room and for take-out to residences at the campus. Previous food service experience in a restaurant or health care setting preferred. Servsafe certification is a plus! Hours are usually from 5pm to 9pm in the evening. Some daytime shift available from 7:30am to 2pm.​​​

• Receptionist/Hospitality - Per diem and possibly part time hours. $21.50/hour. Hours range from 9am to 9pm.

• Activity/Event Coordinator - part time hours. $21.50/hour start. Sherburne often hosts a range of activities or special dining on evenings, weekends, and holidays or special occasions. Works to coordinate or schedule activities and events. Coordinates and assists with the event including set up and clean up as needed. Hours and days are flexible and duties may also include development and oversight of additional activities or special events.
